"I work for a Provider and a patients medication required a prior authorization. The pharmacist (Andre) was absolutely helpful, friendly and excellent communication with me throughout the process. I called pharmacy to speak with Andre in regards to prior auth being approved for patient since it is time sensitive, however, the female (didn't get her name) informed me that he was busy and was very rude and informed me if it was about the prior auth she already knows and is working on it. It wasn't what she said, it's how she said it with VERY RUDE TONE!!"
"Not a great experience at the pharmacy. I called to confirm that they could assist me today and they said that they would. I then arrived, and was told that I’d have to wait for just a bit. Then, I waited for an hour, and they still weren’t able to assist me and then they told me that they could assist me in another hour. It’s better to under promise and over deliver."

"My name is Geraldine Little. This store is amazing. I needed a prescription filled at another CVS location and they didn't assist me with respect. So,I came to this location and the pharmacist Andre was very polite. He went over my medication with me and showed me how to use my machine to check my sugar. I appreciate patience, he was just that and more. I'm elderly and need help with information about my medication. I've now transferred my prescriptions to this location because of the service at this store. The store is clean and the sitting area was cleaned and neat. I advise anyone seeking a great pharmacist to go to this location. And I live miles away from this location. But,well worth it for great the service."
