"The most incompetent group of people I’ve ever dealt with. On a Monday I try to get a prescription transferred to CVS because it was not covered by insurance and CVS was the cheapest when using GoodRX. I called the next day to see if it was ready and they said yes. I go to pick it up and they said we were talking about another medication for you. I said this is for my son. He is 3 months old. Then they said we never got the transfer. They never called us. I said you have to call them to get the prescriptions since you’re the one that’s going to be filling it. Then she goes and asks the pharmacist a question…comes back and says well we can’t be on hold for 20 minutes. We have a lot going on. I said…did you call them and then she said well I don’t know. They asked what was the prescription and I told them. Then they said… let me see if it’s over-the-counter… I said it’s for an infant it’s not over-the-counter. They said we will call Publix and get the prescription. On Tuesday afternoon I called them to follow up. Once again they said they can’t be on hold. I then asked them did they call and they say I don’t know. My reply: what can I do to get this prescription filled for my son? Then they said get the pediatrician to send the prescription directly to us. On Wednesday morning the pediatrician does this. I follow up that afternoon to see if it is ready and they reply: This is not covered by your insurance so we called the pediatrician back to get an alternate prescription. I said I know it’s not covered by my insurance will you please fill it? They said yes. I ask is it in stock? They said no we have to order it. On Thursday i check back with CVS to see if it’s ready and was told well this prescription is not meant for anyone under 12 years old so they cannot fill it. I then call my pediatrician and they said of course, it meant for people under 12 years old. I gave up at that point. The pediatrician then recommend a compounding pharmacy. Get your prescription filled anywhere else. It is now Friday and I’m going to pick up this prescription (not from CVS) when it was prescribed to my son on a Monday."

"A black guy who works here apparently ( you couldn’t tell bc he was on his phone and didn’t look up the whole time) I was printing out some pics and this loser tells me to get away from the counter lol. He leaves and is gone for a good 5 minutes while my pictures are sitting collecting dust behind the counter. So of course since he doesn’t know how to do his job I take matters into my own hand and pick up my pictures and he comes around the corner screaming in front of the whole store “ what are you doing!!! Omg you can’t be behind the counter” I politely tell him “ no one was up here or has been up here doing their job for over 5 minutes. So yeah I took matters into my own hands” and he rolls his eyes and says “ whatever you can’t do that. Back up and let me deal with this” LOL unprofessionalism at its finest. I will not be coming to this cvs or any for that matter again. Felt like I was in the hood of Atlanta here, dealing with some bum off the street. He had a bad attitude from when I walked in and gave looks of disgust to everyone in line including myself. Tbh I would hate my life too if i worked for $8 an hour."

"The pharmacy staff are horrible! Walked to our neighborhood location ithis early evening with my 2 teenage children for Flu Shots and was turned away. Store Manager confirmed that there were no customers in the pharmacy area and enough staff in the pharmacy and assured he would address this incident with Pharmacy Manager. It’s so unfortunate we had to drive 20 minutes from home to another location accepting vaccine walk-ins as advertised."

"Unapologetically inept. Maybe I'm just unlucky, and am the one guy who slipped through the cracks in their system, and maybe I just happen to only call when the pharmacy staff(x4) are having a bad days. Maybe I just happen to walk in on the one day that they forgot to clean or organize so it looked like a toddler had a field day behind the pharmacy counter(only went in because the messed up and said my script was ready 5+ days early). TLDR:they suck but they don't care P.S. Just Look at their 3* and 4* reviews, they sound pretty lousy."

"If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER get your film photos developed here or anything. This store is a disaster. No one knows what they're doing and the least helpful. I took three film cameras to get developed and they messed up the order completely. They lost one of the cameras and Fuji can't seem to find it, they developed the same camera twice and I ended up with some random persons photos. They also didn't even charge me correctly. When I asked the girl at the store for help she said she called the film company and there was nothing they could do. So I asked for the number to call the photo company, she gave me the number off the envelope which was just the store number. So I called CVS Customer service and have been going back and forth with them and Fuji for weeks now. They first said they located the missing envelope and send the photos to the store. When I got there it was the same situation. Now they are saying they don't know where it is AGAIN. This company is so frustrating. I will never be using CVS again and in particular this store."
