"This store is AWFUL! I placed an order to be delivered for Valentines day. Not only was it NOT delivered, but no one answered my call or returned my call. My order was not received until the RECIPIENT WENT TO THE STORE to get a refund! They tried to say the phone lines were cut due to construction and could not call. Then proceeded to go to the back to get the order since it was completed!!! I understand the phone lines, but phone lines don't operate your delivery truck, and my order clearly stated delivery. I will never order from this company again!"
"My order was never delivered, and I did not receive a phone call or email to explain why. I went to the location after 5 pm, which was cutoff time to be delivered to a business, and I picked the order up myself. Very unprofessional. I will never use them again."

The fruit basket, cookies and birthday, were a big hit for our 6 year old granddaughter who was born on Thanksgiving day, 2017. We will be happy to order from this store again."
"The worst customer service ever, I ordered fruit, flowers and a card to be delivered to my wife at the hospital for her last day on contract. The deliverer just left everything at a desk. I put the unit number she works on in the comments her full name and to ask the director if you can’t find the unit. They just left my stuff at the desk. I called the next day to let them know the recipient never received the delivery. They told me they called the hospital and located the package she can pick it up. I payed $200 for everything. Like who wants fruit that’s been sitting unattended at a hospital for a day smh. No accountability, Refund."
