"Doctor sent script at 6:30, I received a text from CVS at 6:46 saying my script is being filled and to bring insurance cards. I get there at 6:55 and they refused to fill my script saying it would take too long they close at 7. Resulting in me going to the ER that night so that I can get treatment because it was an emergency and I couldn't wait until the next day. I understand people want to go home but a few extra minutes for an emergency situation would not have killed the staff member and their supervisor. Very distasteful. I mean honestly how long does it take to throw some pills in a bottle and slap the label on? Very self centered and uncaring, don't work in the health care field if you don't have any empathy towards what others are going through."

"This CVS should have a health inspector visit them. Not only is the sales floor an absolute disaster and probably a fire hazard but THE REST ROOM IS OUTRAGEOUS! Absolutely filthy, unsanitary and definitely has not been cleaned in a very very long time. There was urine and feces on the floor, all over the toilet and used paper everywhere. If you aren't sick when you go here you will be when you leave! Nasty! This place should be shut down!"

"Update - I've now had an infection for 2 months, it just keeps coming back. All this bc CVS thinks it's cute to put an antibiotic on back order and not give you the option to fill at another pharmacy. As a result the bone graft that I had surgery for, failed. And CVS only follow up was to tell me that pharmacy manager is no longer working there. What about your policies as a business!! And what about my health, that's the whole reason they're in business! Twice now they put an antibiotic on back order after lying and saying it’s in process. 48 hours later and they still do not even answer their phones. Tried to call other location to transfer it and they REFUSED. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with corporate customer service. At this point I’m now 24 hours post massive surgery and not taken any antibiotic. I could die and this is the second time I really need to make the surgeon aware as well & I will. At this point… twice?!? Is it intentional! Do they have some people employed at cvs that are playing with lives. It’s an antibiotic, it’s a life or death situation. I filed a police report & encourage any others to do the same."

"The worst experience I’ve had at CVS or any pharmacy. Came to get my booster shot. The pharmacist Allana told me she was too busy so I was going to have to wait one hour past my appointment to get my shot (!). Phone kept ringing and nobody answered, lots of people waiting that had called their prescriptions 5 hours earlier and still had to put up with her attitude. @CVS this lady mistreated and disrespected virtually every customer she came in contact with. She shouldn’t allowed be anywhere near your customers. I won’t come back to this store (CVS #05731). Ever."

"First time here. Located in Buckhead. This place is HUGE!!! They have sections of items and clear signage, not just barely stocked aisles like in Decatur. The staff was friendly, helpful and it was very bright and clean. They do have a self checkout for faster service. Check out my pics and video for more info."
