"Walked in for vaccination, explained that I was on a lunch break and didn’t have much time. Was told to make an appointment even though the pharmacy was empty and there were no other customers. Made an appointment and walked around pharmacy for 30 minutes. Came back and was completely ignored for another 20 minutes while there were no other customers again. When they finally saw me, it took them literally less than 2 minutes to give me a shot… Such a waste of time. Ignorant and disrespectful stuff."
"Trying to refill my meds and can’t because the automated system is so bad and it won’t transfer me to the pharmacy because it’s closed for lunch. I am extremely frustrated and will be taking my business elsewhere."
"Pharmacy review - Save yourself some frustration and pick another pharmacy. The slowest and most disorganized pharmacy I have ever seen. Poor service and rude, unhelpful staff. Ordered my prescription at 5 pm and was told to come back at 7 to pick it up. Went back at 7 and was told they did not have it in stock. Medication was still not ready at the promised time on the third visit the next day. Every interaction with them was a minimum of 15 minutes wait time, even with only 1-2 people in line. SMH."
"If I could give more stars I would, the staff here always go the extra mile. Wheather it’s helping you locate an item in the store, or helping carrying your bags to the car. They just never cease to put a smile on my face and I always look forward to shopping there."
"Pharmacy review - I am 100% on board for proper breaks and lunches; but closing entirely is above and beyond. Every pharmacy generally has a pharmacist and pharmacy tech on staff together; staggering the lunch breaks would avoid situations where customers attempt to take (the very limited) time out of their day to pick up a prescription. I have already asked my doctor to change the pharmacy and move my scripts to a more flexible and reliable pharmacy. It's not worth the hassle of trying to time my day to Walgreen's Pharmacy's inconvenient hours."
