"I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair that was purchased at a Sam's club in South Carolina. The guys were professional and courteous in assisting me with the repair. From the gentleman at the counter to the tech who assessed the tire. Thank you for a great experience. We were able to get on the road safely back to South Carolina. "I would give 0 stars if possible. Always a 4 hour wait, always only 1 tech. Today they tell me they can't take any more cars because they have 6 cars waiting. Someone in upper management really need to take a look at this department and make some kind of adjustments. This is ridiculous to be refused service, it really defeats the purpose to have a warranty on your tires if you can never use the warranty, if you go elsewhere to have the work done it voids your warranty. I will never buy tires here again. It makes no sense to have to drive to Mcdonough or Sharpsburg to be serviced because my local Sams service so terrible. Disappointed Member."

"Ordered new tires and installation. Tires arrived in 2 days, received email to paid at pickup. Went to Sam's paid for tires and scheduled installation in 2 days @ 3pm. Left car on my lunch break. Pick up car at 5 when I got off work. No problems at all, fast delivery, worked with my schedule, nicest staff ever and new tires ready to roll."

"4 hour wait time and 6 cars ahead of you is the norm. This location is always understaffed. I purchased a set a Michelin Tires and I do not plan on buying anymore tires from Sam's Club due to the amount of issues I had with this set. You think it would be nice to get your car worked on while you shop for the house and family. The staff can be rude at times and very dismissive. They were pleasant today which isn't normal. They even removed all the chairs from the waiting area which was really inconvenient if I have to wait 4 hours before they get to my car to fix a flat and rotate. I feel like the chairs were removed to give the illusion that there wasn't a long wait or maybe it was an oversight due to removing the photo center."

"Be prepared to wait at least an hour and a half to get your tires rotated and balanced. I went in at 3:15pm and left two hours later. Even if you have an appointment, it's still an hour and a half. And forget calling to ask questions or schedule a time because you're just pulling the guys from the back doing the work and prolonging others from getting the job done. Just know if you get tires from here it's the best prices, but you suffer from the lack of focus when it comes to maintenance for them. Sam's Club doesn't care about tires... that's not their bread and butter. So if you are willing to wait, go for it."
