"Considering that this is an OEM part ordered from Toyota, it is ridiculous that in this day and age that 1: I am charged a delivery fee, and 2 : that it takes three (3) weeks to get it?!!!! I thought Toyota was the global benchmark for “ lean and efficient manufacturing and order to delivery”… not so! Additionally, I decided to replace my filter on my own= $ 28.00. Do you have any idea what one of your sister Franchise dealers wanted for this service??? $320.00!!!!! Wow! You are just like the rest , AFTER ALL!"

"Parts ordering was quick and easy, and even required my VIN to ensure fitment of the part, though I haven't yet installed it. The only thing was that the box was marked Fragile, but handled (or packaged) with anything but the carefulness one might expect. The box was crushed, corners open, and poorly taped."
