"When I called the LAKE CITY location the other morning, Brandon was SO HELPFUL and polite. Because of this, I went to this location that same evening. The customer service on the night shift was NOT as pleasant. I'm big on good customer care. At least smile, that's more inviting. Secondly, no one offered to help me carry out my HEAVY PURCHASES upon leaving. I was treated like I was their unexpected company visiting them. Not friendly..."

"This is the only auto parts store I will shop. I been coming to the Morrow/Lake City location for over the past 10 years. I have always received fast, friendly service in store and over the telephone. I tried their other location in the area a couple times. This location by far has the best customer service. I seen a lot of turnover but they manage to keep the same great service each time. Their staff has always went over and beyond. I would highly recommend this location. The staff is very knowledgeable for an auto parts store. Their prices are competitive. If they don't have it, they will get it for you."
