"I just left uptown pawn. I’m very disappointed with their customer service. And I will never go back. Didn’t greet me when I walked in. Both of the men that work there didn’t have a nice disposition. They watched me as if I was about to steal something. The only bright side is that the lady in there was very courteous. Customer service is everything. Do better uptown pawn!"
"They have pretty cool merchandise and decent prices but the staff is very rude and not very attentive except for the car radio guy. He's the only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 2. He is awesome!!! Very nice, attentive, informative and actually seems to care that you're there. Honestly he's the only reason I continue to go there."
