"I needed about 700 square feet of Vinyl Flooring for my home. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Chris. He did a great job of explaining the differences in flooring and all the measurements involved. I ended up going with on of their "in-stock specials". The floors were just installed through a different contractor and look great! The "Homestead" color is a winner. Just ask for Chris!!! He is knowledgable, patient, and quick to respond. A+ service."

"Run don't walk.....fintblet the ABC fool you horrible..horrible...2 installs..... 2 installs....!!!! 35 days ...1st install...carpeting not up to wall, left dirty squeaky , gaps in vinyl installpoorly installed vinyl..after many emails, requesting the owner attempted calls , store drop bys, I requested the owner he finally came and said they did what they agreed to do and were not going to do any more ,,; meanwhile I have no furniture brought back in in hopes he ( johnny)would make it right. He said I could just walk thru the construction debris in my house. It wasn't until I contacted seniors versus crime federally funded program through the state attorney's office and they called him and all of a sudden he was ready and willing to come and correct the situation which included total removal of all the already installed flooring vinyl in....so horrible, toouch...to put here. After 35 days I finally got the 2nd reinstall and he did not want to take anything of the remaining balance!!! Wish I could include pics... All need to know..."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If i could give no stars I would! Just heads up they do not warranty their own floors. The owner came out to my home to see if they warranty, just to glance for 30 seconds and then tell me how I abuse my home Got super hateful! Never will I ever use this company, so unprofessional. Told me I was just trying to rip them off which was not the case at all, I was just trying to get someone to look at it and talk it out with me. I would rip it up and watch it burn and sleep on concrete before I would ever use this place. Since I'm locked from replying to your comment, I'll just add it here...... That is not how that went down, I also have cameras to prove it, you came in aggressive with an attitude, and was very unprofessional! You did offer to pay for my flooring if i found someone to replace it with a following comment (I'll give you flooring but your finding Someone to replace it cause I'm not. your just trying to rip me off.) you also said (you abused this home) was your words as well which ticked me off. This is great communication from the owner let me tell you. You should be ashamed how you treated me and spoke of my house while standing in my home. i simply asked Friday was there something y'all could do you said you would check it out. then to treat me like this? yeah whatever have a good day. I'll never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!"

We purchased an office building and wanted to replace the floors. Michelle helped us pick the best material for our situation and budget. ABC Flooring came out quickly to measure the office, provided us an estimate in a timely manner. We were under a time deadline and Michelle made sure our deadline was met. I received updated communications throughout the project which was an added bonus. The installed was very professional and did a great job. The floors look amazing and the service was outstanding.
