"Excellent service from Derrick, Alen, and Elvir. Service began a few minutes before appointment time, 4 tires installed in less than 20 minutes. Wheel balance is excellent. Purchased Pirelli P4 Persist for Honda Accord. Very happy with ride comfort, dry and wet traction, plus $80 rebate. 5 star experience."

"I had a negative experience here in which I scheduled an appointment to have my tire serviced. I scheduled my appointment for 6pm. I arrived just before 6pm only to find out that the entire tire/battery team left at 430pm. This was extremely frustrating as I had made arrangements with my employer to leave early to make my appointment. The worst part was that no one from the tire/battery team even made an effort to contact me which displays a lack of professionalism and service as it pertains to the customer. I usually have positive experiences with Sam's Club Tire & Battery, but this one was by far the worse. I will not be returning to this location."
