"Drove an hour and a half after calling for a specific size hub and drum assembly, got there and it was the wrong size after confirming it on the phone that they had the size I needed. The only excuse I get is "this was the only one we had in stock for 10k axles" also, it was not a hub and drum assembly...drum only. Waste of time and money. The employee didn't know what he was talking about, there are 2 size hubs and drums for 10k dexter axles. Now I have to wait for my $1100 refund to go though."
"their prices are outrageous. I needed 2 flags and wide load signage, I didn't look for them at trucking stations because I've always thought their prices are high. I unknowingly paid $155 for 2 flags and 2 signals, my surprise when I find the same products in a Pilot flying J for less than half the price. Unfortunately I was passing through that city since I am a truck driver and I am already far away or I would have returned the purchase. I don't recommend that place at all, I felt completely ripped off."
"This place has a wide variety of truck parts and accessories. The problem is they close at 5 pm during the week and they are closed all weekend. SMH. So we we really need them, they are not accessible."
