"We bought my Audi here because of the service. That was a few years ago. Since then the customer service is terrible. I still love my Audi but will shop elsewhere when my warranty runs out. I dread taking my car in now for scheduled maintenance but do because it’s still under warranty. I feel completely disrespected and not appreciated as a customer."

"Pay attention #JimEllis. Everyone was nice during the purchase. When I called my sales rep the first time, I went straight to voicemail and did not receive a call back. ...And he was working. Two days later I called back again and left another voicemail. I did not receive a call back. My wife called a couple of days later… Again… Voicemail and no call back. I guess the service stops after you buy. A colleague of mine bought a car there same day as me and he said he had the same experience! To put icing on the cake, they told me they would order an Atlanta Braves tag. That didn’t happen either. Thanks for all the follow up Drew."

"Beware buying a used vehicle here and be sure to check the numbers before you sign. We were 'accidentally' overcharged on our taxes by the same amount the dealership discounted the sales price for us. Fortunately we caught the error by going online to confirm the sales tax before signing. Then we discovered that the car had problems that easily should've been caught by the 4567865 point inspection that was supposed to be done on all certified pre-owned cars, so had to bring the car back for repairs days after purchasing. Then a week before our temporary tag expired, we called to get an update but didnt get a call back until the day before it expired, when they told us the tags were held up because they had never done an emissions inspection! We would now have to go get our own emissions inspection done and then they could process the tag. Seriously?? It's clear to me that the dealership just doesn't care. Might be different if buying a new car, but I would never recommend anyone to shop at this location. Beautiful cars, but find a different place to purchase."

"JE Audi Marietta Made great changes that are reflected on their customer service. We have been there twice lately and were helped by Jorge Morchio and Ryan Burke. They were very professional, and will do their best to work around your schedule. Stunning new Location!!!"

"BEWARE...DO NOT BUY A NEW OR USED VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! Where do I begin?? I went to Jim Ellis Audi on August 3rd. I went to look at a Mini Cooper but Kevin Brayboy advised it was sold an hour before I got there. Disappointed, I inquired about a 2015 Nissan Altima. I looked at it but didn't test drive it, as I was disappointed about the Mini Cooper. We sat down and talked numbers. The sales manager said no to my final number, so I left. Big mistake coming back!! Kevin called me on Monday letting me know they accepted my offer. I went back in without financing and made the purchase, as I loved the car. I was told there was 50-60 point inspection completed and everything was good. LIES!! I took it to Nissan and paid $130.00 to ensure I wasn't buying a lemon or cash cow. The report showed several issues their "inspection" should've caught. I took it back, gave Kevin the report and he assured me they would take care of it. They kept my vehicle for about a week but low and behold they didn't fix everything that I was told would be fixed. I let Kevin know, he apologized but I let it go because I was over it!! My temporary tag expired, I contacted Chris in finance to find out why I never received my title or tag. I was told it could be the emissions, but the tag representative wasn't in and I would get a call back later. I was initially told emissions was done but that was LIE. They had to get an extension on my tag, which I thought would eliminate this atrocity. I get a call from Chris Atkins yesterday stating the title system stated an emissions was needed on the vehicle!! Are you bleeping serious! He asked me to get it done!? Absolutely NOT!! This is your error, so FIX IT!! These folks are inadequate and full of excuses. It is clear they don't give exceptional customer service unless you buy an Audi, and I can assure that's debatable. I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend this dealership! If you're smart, please TAKE HEED to my experience, which has been a NIGHTMARE! Jim Ellis Audi, I wish I could request a REFUND because doing business with your so called "for the customer/people" dealership has been nothing short of a disaster! I requested to speak with a Manager or the General Manager yesterday and no one has yet to contact me. I was told by Chris Atkins they would come pick up my vehicle TODAY to ensure the emissions was done, but no one has yet to reach out to advise me of a time. The ball was dropped and no one seems to care. I'm sending a complaint to the BBB because this is UNACCEPTABLE. Shady business with this so called #1 dealership. I told several colleagues and friends that are looking to buy an Audi to overlook this dealership. Don't waste your time or money here! They need to refund me for wasting my time, interrupting me at work and the inspection I received from Nissan, as they didn't fix a DARN thing! The fan still sounds like a motorcycle. Jim Ellis Audi you should be Ashamed of the terrible service your continue to give out. No one should buy any cars from you! Don't end up like me, go to a sound and reputable Dealership like Rick Case Audi or Audi North Atlanta."
