"Recently all of our old carpet was removed and new LVP flooring installed throughout the house. I was very impressed with the entire team at Carpet One. Susan worked on the project and I can't say enough about how helpful, kind, and attentive she was. She answered all of our many questions and provided suggestions about what would look best given the layout, needing durability for dogs, and what would fit the budget. On install day she met Sam and his team at the house to do a walk through and make sure they had everything they needed. David also met us to give his opinion on what would work best with the stairs since they are not a standard size to fit the risers and there were a few options to handle them. Sam and his team were friendly, efficient, and did a nice job. He made sure to answer any questions during the install, handle all furniture with care, and give updates on progress. Once the floors were installed, Susan and Sam walked through with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything. The new floors look amazing and I'm so glad I chose to go with the team at Carpet One. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs."
