"Bought a sword for $200 at dragon con, about 5 seconds later I had buyers remorse and wanted to get a refund and came back to him, package unopened and with a receipt from square. When I came back the guy running it told me that it wasn’t possible to refund it which I know is a lie because I use square in my business and it’s possible to do refunds. There was no posted signage saying no refunds and I was not made aware of it. It’s just a scam and I want my money back."

"met this guy at a convention, he described the sword we were interested in as 'full tang'. obviously this guy has no clue what full tang means. this is a 'wall-hanger' sword and is obviously a welded rod tang, not a real full tang sword. when I tried to educate him, he argued, I argued back and turned to walk away. he at least made me a bit of a deal on it, took $10 off. that's the only reason I gave him 2 stars........buy at own risk, it's all cheap import decoration merchandise, not strong enough to fight with like he says......(on a side note, we didn't open the box till we got home. it was the wrong sword, would have been same price, but wrong one, FYI)"
