"I had a great experience at Street and Trail. I bought a 2024 Honda Grom from Randy Valdez. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and considerate. I will add as well, that it was very helpful that Randy spoke Spanish because it allowed my Spanish speaking father to participate in the buying process. I had been looking around at the dealership for some months and Randy kept up with me regarding the Grom. The day I bought it, the dealership had already prepared the bike and the process was very quick and easy. I believe Amber and Sabrina helped out in the sale and they did great! I was met outside by Richard (I may have his name wrong) to go over the new bike. He was very attentive, patient, and eager to answer any of my questions. Keep it up guys, your customer service is miles ahead of the other guys around town!"
