"Terrible customer service in the salon. Groomers unable to work with challenging pets."
"My 14 yr old maltipoo has been in for grooms at this location on and off for many years. On her last appointment she was booked with what I later found out was an inexperienced groomer - Erin who did not blow her dry, did not give her an even cut, did not cut all of her nails, or cut her genital area. When I complained I was offered a refund and another appointment to correct her groom. So I brought her back only to have the most noticeable parts of her uneven coat corrected and still had to request several other areas corrected. Needless to say this groom was never on the level of the grooms that I have had over the years. The attitude I received in attempting to get a satisfactory groom at this location was horrendous. I will never use this grooming service or this Petsmart again. I spend a lot of money on prescription dog food with this company and will no longer do this as well. I choose to spend my dollars where they are appreciated and this company clearly doesn't appreciate it."

"I’ve been taking my boxer to this grooming department for about the last 6 months. My dog is very energetic. She’s very easy to bathe. But, difficult with a nail clipping. I take her for the nails. I’ve been getting the bath and brush (which includes the nail clipping). She’s quite a handful to transport and I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with this Salon. Once, I made an appointment and showed up and it wasn’t actually scheduled. The scheduling was done through a corporate office. The last appointment I had, they didn’t clip her nails. So, it’s hit or miss. It’s not worth the trip anymore. I’m done."
