"My sister found this place to take our dogs. 2 Gorgeous purebread Yorkies. They turned 2 beautiful fluffy yorkies into mini schnauzers with really thin, uneven haircuts. We told the lady when we got there that we didn’t want the hair cut too short and wanted more of a teddybear shape trim for them. If you didn’t understand, a simple google search would have showed you exactly what we wanted. Not to mention, my puppy wouldnt let anything touch her hands. Come to find out her nail was split and either that or her nails being too short was causing her pain. This was their first haircut and We had hoped to find a really dedicated and caring place for them to be regulars, but this was quite the opposite. This experience has definitely ruined grooming for us. Won’t be letting anyone cut their hair after this. Included the before and after pictures."
