"They don't service the GE air conditioning units here in Macon GA. The most they can do is refer you to a different company. Yet they sell GE air conditioning units at Lowes and home Depot without any servicing center being in place. now I am hot waiting on scheduled service that can't come until next week."

"I had a similar bad experience with this business as another reviewer. Called them and they said they could have someone out in two days but only with a $75 up front diagnostic fee. I was told that this fee would go towards the bill if we opted to use them to make the repair. They then called me back and said the technician was not available and it would be Saturday before they could get out. The technician showed up on Saturday and said it was the mother board that needed to be replaced. He told me he would contact the parts place on Monday and get back in touch with me. Monday at 5 pm rolled around and I had not heard from them. I called the technician and he told me he called the parts place and they were on back order and he would call another place. Once again, late in the day the following day and he still had not called, so again I called and he told me the part was on manufacturer back order and it could be a month or more before the part was available. I called GE myself and they said the part was ready to be shipped and could be there in two days. When I inquired with customer service about the fee their answer was, “That’s a diagnostic fee and if he can’t get the part to fix it then there is nothing to fix and you can’t apply it.” Basically they want to get the diagnostic fee under the guise of “applying” it to the repair but not wanting to follow through on the repair. Update: after doing some research it wasn’t even the mother board, it was the lid switch which was only $40 compared to the $190 part they were saying it was going to be."

"Stay away! I called and this company said they could have someone come look at my dishwasher the next day if I paid a $85 diagnostic fee over the phone. I did and took off work and next day they called at appointment time and said it will be 5 more days before they could come. So on Sat they come and repairman looks at dishwasher for 5 mins and confirms my theory that the control board is bad. He said he will have to get the part and leaves after getting me to sign his $85 diagnostic fee contract. After hours pass I call him and he said part store is closed and he wants to come back and look at dishwasher again and wants me to uninstall the dishwasher and pull it out so he can figure out what's wrong with it for sure! I told him that was his job and asked how much he was going to charge? He said he will give me a price Monday after part store opens. After calling many times Monday and then on Tues he claims I will have to unhook the dishwasher and he will have to take it with him to fix it. I asked again how much and he wouldnt tell me. After calling the office and complaining and demanding my money back and being denied he finally sends an invoice for almost $400! I told him forget it and googled how to fix it myself and ordered the computer board ($70) and changed it in 20 mins without having to move or uninstall the dishwasher. This company is terrible and just wants your diagnostic fee and then will lie to you and overcharge you because you already have $85 on the line. Do yourself a favor and call another company!"
