"I leased a brand new stove on Dec 5.The stove worked for a week.I called and tried to get a replacement as it was the holidays and would need to cook.I was told a repair order could be made but who knows how long it could take.A repair does me no good after the holidays,when I needed to cook.I called to have the stove returned and no longer use Aaron’s.I was charged for the month and used the stove like I said for a week.The billing happened after I had already requested the stove to be returned.I have bills to pay and shouldn’t have to pay for an entire month when the stove worked a week.I won’t use Aaron’s again and if my card gets billed again,I’ll take legal action."
"I called because I had forgot to unlock my card. Then they tried to charge me $96 saying if your card declines we charge for the month and an extra $5 which they did not tell me when I went in to lease from them. Then laughed at me when I was upset because I didn’t understand. Then said, “do you feel better now?” while laughing at me. Very unprofessional and rude."
"My father ordered a refrigerator and the delivery people showed up and did not any try to call or ring the door bell, we have a ring camera and no one ring the doorbell, we tried to get the merchandise redelivered, but the person we talk to was not professional and asked due you want the merchandise redelivered yes or no in an unprofessional tone and advised that we do not"
"I ordered my stuff last week. &’ I find it very UNPROFESSIONAL how I constantly have to reach out about merchandise. The site clearly states I’ll have my stuff within 2-3 days. &’ it’s been a whole week. Why customers have to beg for you to do your job. SMH never again !"
"This store was the only one between Macon and Warner Robbins to accept my online order. Thankful for that. Mr. Billy showed excellent customer service, loaded the merchandise, and thanked me for coming in. Will not be ordering anything online to go to another store. The first store cancelled my order and would not take the merchandise from the online order because "it's not a regular in stock item" then calls me back asking me to place the order again because they need customers ☠️ no thanks. I will take the risk of a car wreck going to Grey Highway for the customer service at this location. Thank you !"
