"Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and competitors. Actually went to the rival brand bed store and it was exactly how Roxy said it would be. She explained everything in an unbiased non salesy way and when we made our selection, was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a free delivery in 2 days. Can’t ask for more. Edit: We ended up not picking the right bed. 30 days wasn’t enough to figure it out coming from the stone slab we had before this bed. The return process is a hassle as is to be expected but Roxy has gone above and beyond to find us the right bed. Bringing one type that they didn’t have in stock for us to try, sending a second delivery when there was a mix up with the products they were taking back to the warehouse, literally calling back to give us information that someone else was responsible for. "I’ve recently had a disk replacement in my lower back and purchased a new mattress in hopes of getting more comfort and better sleep. After about two weeks I realized the mattress was too firm and would be tossing in turning all night wand what sleep I would be able to get I would wake up sore form the firmness of the mattress. Attempted to have mattress exchanged and 3 weeks later and 3 separate deliveries issues later I haven’t received my mattress exchange. Reschedule after reschedule and failed delivery after delivery. No one ever knows what’s going on for sure and just blame it on a “glitch”. I’m not sure if it’s just this particular mattress firm, the company they have delivering or if it’s partially both but this has easily been some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. *Update The Store Manager Alexis contacted me and corrected the issues with the deliveries and mattresses. She was very understanding of my frustrations with the whole process. I appreciate her for taking the time to rectify the issues and I’m super satisfied with the mattress. Thank you"

"We had a great experience here with Noraa. She was super nice and gave us great information about the different types of beds that would be good for us. She made our decision to make a major purchase a king bed and an adjustable base stress free, straight forward and painless. She offered us many payment options and processed our order very quickly. The only drawback was that they want your bank account number and routing number for the 90 day same as cash offer which is unacceptable to me so I used my credit card instead. That issue has nothing to do with the great service we received but is a reflection on the mattress Firm itself. I will update this review after we pickup and set up our the mattress Firm product, noting the quality, ease of setup and operation. We will also film this process and it will be visible on YouTube."
