"Appointment only service. Won't even hold your device until they can get to it. I guess good help is hard to find, as the saying goes."

"I am very displeased with geek squad and will not attempt to use them again. Trust me people, if you have a microsoft problem: Take a break, step away from your computer, come back 20 minutes later, and google microsoft problem. Geek squad will only add to the stress level. You don't need that."

"Called the store in advance and no one we spoke to mentioned that we had to make a reservation. (Is it fine dining or computer repair?) We went into the store and the staff comes of as snobbish, the guy working the geek squad counter was condescending and rude. Who wants to spend 20 minutes checking in your item? Went to a locally owned computer repair shop. Staff was helpful. Dropped our laptop off to be repaired in under five minutes. They're going to call when it's done. No reservations needed."

"Excellent service, agents always willing to help. I used to have to wait in hour long lines for Geek squad help, but now with the new appointment set up (which is super easy to do and you can still be a "walk-in" and make an appointment in store... they will literally do it for you at the customer service counter) I have my personal time with an agent that no longer feels rushed or put on the back burner."

"I've paid for Geek Squad service for 3 years and every time I take laptops in they don't fix what I need.6 months ago I spilled some water on it and took it in and that older white haired man, that always talks down to you, told me they wouldn't even look at it. They wanted to send it off somewhere with a $280 fee to have it checked out. No way. It came back but was running slow so I took it in for yearly maintenance. They called 2 days later and said it was fine. Bull. Now when I open something 2 other things open and it's going haywire. I'm pissed. No more renewals for me. It's Vipre for security and anywhere else for repairs."
