"Unfortunate that some reviews are saying that their vacuums weren't looked at. I brought a malfunctioning Kenmore Intuition in and was told that everything was fine, the bag model wasn't. They did not charge a labor fee, as the tech said she couldn't do so in good conscience as I was still walking out without a functional vacuum. Impressed with her ethics, and therefore sad that the replacement vacuum I'd bought hadn't come from them. I would like my next one to come from this place."

"On the door it says they service all makes and models but would not even look at my Hoover BacKpack vacuum. Couldn’t tell me who would, not very helpful at all. False advertisement wasted my time and feel they need to remove that sign."

"I purchased my Aerus Electrolux back in 2012 after having my 1st child. Sadly, it took a tumble down our strairs and needed to be replaced. Chris was so kind when I came in. "I have always had Electrolux vacuums and was debating whether I should repair or replace my 20 year old vacuum. Rich was extremely knowledgeable about improvements in the new model vacuum as compared to the older versions. He provided lot of information about the HEPA filter system in particular which was a concern to me because of allergies. I would highly recommend this vacuum and shop."

"My wife and I purchased the WC200 water softener, the F100V carbon filter, and the RO400 reverse osmosis under-sink filter system from Aerus Kennesaw to treat the water in our home. We are extremely impressed with the quality of the systems and the treated water output. Living in Texas, the water is sourced from stagnant lakes and ponds where algal blooms create a strong organic smell in the water - these sources also require high levels of treatment from chemicals. The chloramines in the water tasted and smelled terrible, and our Aerus systems have managed to make our water enjoyable. We’ve noticed a huge difference not only in the cleaning power and taste of the water, but also in the health of our skin and hair. Moisture is actually retained because of the low minerality and chlorine which dry the skin and hair out. We can use soaps without surfactants and chemical additives and the soft, filtered water goes even further in that less soap is needed to clean. This is amazing! The reverse osmosis creates bottled-water-quality water at our sink and has improved our cooking and drinking water drastically. The combination of these systems has made our house healthier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend these systems and Aerus to everyone!"
