Asher Appliances

"Today I found Asher’s Appliance on Covington Highway only a few miles away from my home. The Representative Jose was very nice and knowledgeable about all appliances. I purchased a brand new Refrigerator, Washer & mint condition Dryer. Jose has a brand new Refrigerator that has not been brought on the floor. He allowed me to see it in the back of the store. I loved the customer service and friendly atmosphere. I asked if my appliance could be delivered ASAP. Jose told me it could be up to 3 day for delivery. After 30 minutes of leaving the store Mr. Michael Asher the owner called me with a delivery on the same day. i was very excited. Mr. Asher and Carlo came in and they were very professional. They shared tips on keeping the appliances is perfect working order. I am so glad God led me to Asher’s Appliance. I will recommend Asher’s Appliance to all my family and friends. I thank God for Asher’s Appliance."

"I am surprised to see so many positive reviews. I've been there multiple times and the staff was nice, but the owner is a piece of work. He is the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever met in a place of business. I refuse to shop there anymore. A few penny's of savings over a big chain store is not worth it. The guy picks where he wants to deliver, how he wants to deliver and refuses to honor his own warranty. Additionally, he cares nothing about the customer, talks over you and has no respect. His condescending attitude is definitely from the 50's. He may have been a good business man at one time, though I highly doubt it. It's time for him to retire as he is not running a business with any regard for customer service."

"Went to Asher Appliance to purchase a refrigerator this week. They asked if I was in a split level home(most homes in Atlanta are). The asked for my address, and said they could not deliver because I'm in a split level home. This was per the owner on the phone to employee. Employee said owner is getting older and will not deliver to this style of home. I have sons and a husband that can put the refrigerator in our home. I was still told NO, they would not do a drop off delivery either. So i guess it just depends on how the owner is feeling on the day you go in to purschase whether you will get delivery or not. I have never heard of not getting delivery because of the style of your home."

"I had to over come a brief argument between me and the owner over when the sales guy said my appliances would be delivered but after that everything went smooth. I received everything as scheduled and they also hauled away my old appliance for free. You do get a limited warranty but the appliance seem to be in great condition. I do recommend them and we'll be going back for my stove."
