"A good place to shop. It's very convenient from where I live too. The staff were helpful and eager to help with your needs. They all should be given a thanks from their manager. Even a raise would be nice. Have lunch delivered for them and say something to make them feel appreciated. One company that I used to work for took all of the employees out to breakfast one morning. We had a wonderful time before we went back to work."

"I had the worst experience of my life with Home Depot delivery. I felt like, since we were from another country, we were treated very badly. My mom doesn't speak English very well. When she accepted the delivery, they were supposed to hallway and plug up the new one, but they didn't. They left the old fridge and the new fridge just sitting on the side. I called customer service to let them know what happened; they just said we would schedule a new day for the hallway, but they would not install the new one.I have waited 3 weeks to get this delivery canceled plans and called out of work to accept this delivery the inconvenience and the disrespect was unbelievable. This was by far the worst customer service and racist experience of my life. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never do business with Home Depot again."
"Went to get blinds, was trying to be a good customer and read the signs but that turned out to be pointless because the sign had an arrow point to aisle 30. I walked down both sides and looked around a few times but no blinds. I go over to the flooring customer service, there was literally 4 employees. They did appear to be in the middle of something so I kindly waiting, but it was obvious I needed assistance. Not only did no one offer to help me they all try to hurry off before I could ask them a question. Anywho just incase y’all need blinds there in aisle 28!"
"Got everything I was looking for like always. I want give a huge shout out to Jerry at this location. I was looking drill bits but I couldn’t remember the name and I explained it to him and it lead me right to it (see picture below). That’s great customer service there, I wasn’t even looking for help but I’m happy that he could! I’ll definitely be back at this location!"
