"This store closes and open whenever they want too. The store was not so bad as in being messy and unorganized which was a plus but again you can't go by the hours on the door you just have too go there."

"So far I ordered a refrigerator online on February 27, 2021. On March 7, 2021 I called Aaron’s because I was concerned when I did not hear from anyone and my first payment was approaching. I spoke with the manager and discovered that I had to come to the store and finish my transaction and schedule my delivery. That’s not mentioned in any of my emails. So now here I am on March 11 still waiting for my refrigerator that’s supposed to come sometime after 4. So far I’m upset and ready to tell them to stay wher Re they are."

"So, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went rent 2 sets of bunk beds. The GM Cedric told the clerk they didn't have any bunk bed sets. She then came and said she was told to tell me the set they had was incomplete. Michelle really wanted to help so she reached out to her warehouse guy and he told her where the 1 set they had was located. She was able to locate it. She then called and found another. She wrote everything up but by this time I'd been there for over an hour and a half, It was slightly past 7 the store was closed. We were having a misunderstanding about the method of payment and he (the GM) wldnt wait for my friend to stop by w the actual card we were using and I didn't know they did accept cash. So I was basically asked to come back tmrw. I returned the following day to make the payment. Arrived to a locked store about 1pm in the afternoon. A woman came to the door and asked my business through the locked door. Went and found my paperwork then opened the door. All the time on the phone w a male. (So no store security) she proceeded to tell me that the way the young lady did the order the night before was wrong and she had to redo it. Anyway they figured it out after about 2 more hours of my time. I was given a delivery time at that time of 4-7 to take place the following evening. Said they'd call a half hour in advance. I left home to pick up my daughter approx 6 from Daycare. Then I get an alert from my Security camera. The delivery truck was sitting outside my home. No phone call, no heads up. I called the store to say I wld be back in approx 20 mins. Within 15mins the truck was pulling off and I was told by Cedric they would be back. Never returned, no phone call. I called the following day, spoke to Michelle. She told my delivery time was scheduled btwn 1-4..i waited, no delivery. Called back to the store only to be told by Cedric my delivery was scheduled btwn 4-7..im livid by now. Truck arrives approx 5:30. Delivery guys were great and very apologetic. Also said they were told by the GM Cedric to return to the store, not to come back the day before. They proceeded to install the beds only to notice one of the beds had 2 post that holds the screws stripped out. So now I have 3 beds and no mattress covers that were suppose to go with my order. Next day was told a new bed was being ordered and I would it by the following weds. Weds came and gone, no bed. I called then to come and pick up all the beds. Afterwhich I returned to the store where I was given a full refund of my deposit! Can't get back my wasted time. I have never dealt with such laziness and incompetence as I did with this GM! Needless to say if I could have given them zero stars it would have been my distinct pleasure! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!"
