"FRAUD. This company sells washers and dryers broken! I purchased a washer and dryer set from this company off Offer Up.. They are called " Affordable washers and dryers" They delivered the set to my home with multiple issues! The washer completely ran over from my upstairs to my downstairs taking out my electric system in my kitchen.. I reached out immediately to get No answer and No reply from these people. I contacted them numerous times on OfferUp but to no avail. I have my receipt of purchase which indicates a 90-day return. After they took my money which was cash I heard nothing else from this so-called company. Please do not waste your time!! this is just my experience! And a courteous warning two customers. If you are going to spend the money go to Lowe's or Home Depot spend a little more money and get a real warranty and guarantee.. I should have done my research first because they have bad reviews. I even paid for a third party to come out and inspect the washer and dryer and this plumber told me that they are very aware of this company in Decatur who is selling used washers and dryers to customers. I was in disbelief to realize it was the same people.. Again please do your research!!! I will also be reporting to offer up and the Better Business Bureau"

"I purchased a Samsung set in great condition over a month before my move in date into my new apartment. Crystal was kind enough to hold my set until my move in date and the delivery and set up was as easy as can be. I must say that I was nervous at first because I’m usually an in-store purchaser, but the process was easy and this company is trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them. They made everything about moving, a bit more simpler!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a washer and dryer from them 8/26/2020 but didn’t use it until 8/30/2020. The first wash cycle was great. The second caused a mini pool in my kitchen. I contacted Rico and he strung me along for over a month about how he was going to replace it, or fix it. I have attempted to call the store, no answer. Call Rico, the phone number is no longer in service. I wouldn’t give them a single star, unfortunately I have to in order to make this post. I’m irate and angry that I was swindled and left with an inoperable washer and dryer set."
