"This Walmart need to come better with Customer Service I went to return a tv I just purchased I didn’t have the box I had my receipt the customer service rep kept calling me friend I’m a customer not friend the lady customer service rep talking bout she know folks who keep the box. Where on the instructions or the box it state keep box. That’s why I purchased insurance for situations like this. I purchased a onn tv I just would like to know where on this product it states keep box"
"I always come here for K-pop albums, but they either don't have them or have been broken into. I think you guys should start putting the albums in glass cases and put security devices on them. If they are only in the case without the security devices, people can still steal them. Other than that, walmart is great!"
"My visit was yesterday with my son and mom and I just wanted to say that Aliyah was very nice. I was having issues with my transaction but she still remained patient and calm due to the stress of only having one register open. It’s rare to have that kind of customer service in retail. She’s great!"
"This store is so unprofessional and there is no care in the world for good customer service. We put in an order for delivery HOURS ago that keeps getting pushed back. Our driver has been waiting for almost an hour with no assistance because no one wants to work. The store along with HR are not answering the phone which is so disappointing. We have to do better because there is no excuse. This will be the last time we shop in this store or choose this location for delivery!"
"Produce section is GROSS!!!!!! Rotten fruits and veggies that are displayed for weeks!! Rotten yellow onions...White onions turning green! DISGUSTING!! Walmart is right up the street from where I moved to. I will start back driving the extra few miles to Publix for edible produce! YUCK!!!"
