"Made an appointment in November 2023 and picked out fabric. Gave pics and details about chair. Was told due to the upcoming holidays she would call after the first of the year. Waited until mid February and still had not heard anything. Sent an email. Reply said that I could bring the chair in, after sending the same picture again, March and “try to work it in.” No thank you."
