"We came into the store on Saturday and were helped by Vito. We had been furniture shopping for several weeks now since moving to Atlanta and were both feeling fairly burnt out on the experience. HOWEVER, Vito helped make this purchase so smooth and simple. He introduced himself and pointed us in the right direction in the store but didn't hover (unlike in other stores; I cannot stand it when salespeople basically stalk you throughout the store trying to make a sale). He was easily accessible when we found the couch we liked, answered all of our questions, walked us through what to expect with the delivery and sent us on our way. The delivery itself went according to plan and seamless. My only complaint would be all the third party company phone calls I received confirming the delivery date lol I received 2 calls a day for 3 days asking me to reiterate my address, phone number and confirming the timeframe for delivery. I understand why they would want to be certain the delivery goes well... but it felt like overkill. Our delivery team was wonderful as well (Charles & Sean). Overall, it was a great experience! I will highly recommend this company in the future."
