"Spent over $3k in this store the guys in the store set my furniture up at my home my bed is loose I noticed it would get even loose as the months went by they didn’t help me with anything at all . "I bought a bed and dresser set for my daughter from this store and 4 months later the footboard suddenly breaks. No one jumped on it or manipulated it; I saw it fall apart for no reason. My husband and I looked into the cause and saw how cheap the material was. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager about replacing. After giving me the runaround for days, he sent me the contact info for a handyman and said there was nothing the store could do even though one of their workers assembled the bed set. I gave this vendor 1 star due to the cheap material of their products and bad customer service. I won't be shopping here again."
