I couldn't see it until I took it home and unwrapped it and they refused to exchange it. They wrap the furniture up in plastic so you can't see it until it's too late."

"Store closing sale. But when negotiating prices he wanted the money first but we did not want to pay for furniture that they don't have on hand. Because we don't know the legitimacy of the store. He kept comparing his company to rooms to go and when my brother said that rooms to go is a big company and that his company is a pop up, He got angry and told us to leave and that he won't sell it to us.
