"The order was delivered with one balloon so deflated it would not float. The bigger problem was with the DOOR DASH delivery. About 30 minutes before it was due, I received a call/message from an UNKNOWN NUMBER. I don’t normally answer junk calls but listened to the message. No one mentioned would DD be making the delivery or to expect a call from. The worst part was the nasty attitude of the driver who treated me more like an inconvenience than a customer. He was upset that he couldn’t get the delivery address from his paper work and got snappy with me about. To make matters worse, he handed the balloons to someone who happened to be standing outside. I was never given the chance to accept / approve the order. Bottom line, I won’t use them again for balloon delivery"
"Ordered balloons for a candlelight visual. Arrived at the store for pickup, the order was incomplete. They guy did rectify the issue, but he was so nasty and rude about it. Then, 1 of the balloons popped before I could get out of the store good. And because he had a nasty attitude, I didn't bother to go back in. I just left."
"I had placed an order for balloons for my mom balloon release after her Home going celebration. The delivery time was 9AM July 15. I’m in the sprinter heading to my moms service at 9:30 no balloons only to have a shift lead arguing with me about filling out a form where I said I wanted an 11am delivery. This couldn’t have been a request I made since 11 am everyone would’ve been at the services. I asked to speak to the store manager I never received a call back. I’ve never experienced no empathy or a person of “leadership” to not offer a solution rather than arguing with a customer. I obviously needed the balloons they were 25 white dove and 30 white latex balloons for a balloon release for after her celebration. So a friend left the service from Stone Mountain to go to conyers. The lady was extremely rude and was more concerned about arguing with me about filling out a form rather than a solution for the issue. I never heard back from the store manager and that speaks volumes to the store itself."
