"Store owner was disgusting. Ignored my family when we walked in. When we were ready, the old lady walked to the back even though we told her we were ready. Waited to have her snatch credit card out of fiancé’s hand. Then proceeds to argue with him. I payed and kept quiet because my toddlers were with me, but I was making sure I kept my composure to avoid getting arrested because there would have been no talking/arguing, how rude this lady was. People take for granted their community support not knowing who knows who, and this will come back to her. 1st black owned beauty supply experience will always be tarnished by this old woman's behaviors. Fair skin black lady with burned looking blonde hair. Be careful how you treat others."

Sometimes I could be having a bad day, I walk in there we get to talking and she says the perfect thing to get me out of a mood not knowing I was in a bad mood in the first place. I just love her. "Organized store and phenomenal customer service. Natalya is always so sweet and personable. Easily my favorite beauty supply store in the area. I don’t know if there has been a recent change in store hours, but as of 7/16/23 it is not open on Sundays. Google says otherwise."
