"The young lady that did my pedicure did a good job. She took her time and was professional. However, the Woman wanna Be Manager Attitude and Behavior was so SAD AND "DISGUSTING"; SHE MADE THE WORD DISGUSTING LOOK SWEET! Manager cut daughter NAILS low rudely while she sat on chair getting her pedicure done Nail debri was popping into my face and technician face. SHE RIPPED THE NAILS OFF MY DAUGHTER NAILS. COMPLETLY DISTROYING HER NAILS INSTEAD OF SOAKING THEM OFF. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. I felt Embrassed that I took my daughter her as we were in the area. The young guy in the front that did her nails DID NOT PROPERLY SHAPE HER NAILS JUST NOT GOOD SERVICE FOR THE PRICE WE PAID. I would have requested additional service as we wanted to get additional service but I COULDN'T STOMACH THE Woman HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AS SHE DEFINETLY SEEMED TO BE THE OLDEST IN THE SHOP. She seemed to be making up prices as she went along. I would not recommend anyone to go here."

"I'm new to the Austell area straight from Houston and I was looking for a new nail salon. This one is literally down the street from my house so I went in there with High Hopes after reading reviews that were decent. I asked for Kelly because that's who people recommended in the reviews that I read. She was pretty nice but after wearing my nails for 2 weeks and going to get a refill I discovered that I had a nail fungus growing under my pinky nail! This place is not sanitary and they will mess up your nails. Not to mention that she cut my cuticles on two fingers while doing my nails and did not want to apologize or acknowledge her mistake. Now I have half of a pinky nail after having to soak it off myself at home because I do not want them to touch it again! Please if you care about your health and well-being do not go to this nail shop! This place is not sanitary at all and the nail polish selection sucks! I am pissed about my pinky nail because now I need to start a new job and I don't even know if I can get my nails done or what is left of it SMH"

"Ask for Kelly she's the best. She can recreate any design shown to her. Her husband Monday is great as well."
