"Overall: only go if Giselle herself is doing your hair, or try a different shop. I switched hair shops, sad to be writing this review. I went here to see Gisele for YEARS. The new location was nicer. You could definitely find yourself waiting for the stylist to finish with someone else for a while. Hair is included for most styles. WHY I LEFT: I had an appointment for crochet braids for vacation. Gisele didn't do my hair but pawned me off on another young girl. She didn't braid my hair tight enough. The braids were sticking out after a couple days. I stopped by and showed Gisele, she said she would fix it. We scheduled a time and she never showed up at the shop at the scheduled time. She didn't answer my calls and never called and text me back. She completely lost my business and I was very disappointed. I won't give a 1 star because she was great for years, but I did switch shops immediately."

"I went to get my hair braided yesterday. Amilah did an amazing job! Out of all the years I had my hair braided this is the first time my hair turned out better than the actual picture. All of the stylists are talented in the salon but Amilah literally has GIFTED HANDS. My husband even said I looked like a Goddess! Love it lol"

"I made an appointment for 2:30 when I got there they made me wait. On top of that they wouldn’t do my hair because it’s “tangled “ if you work with African American hair you should be able to braid thicker hair Types . I even blow dryed my hair before I came . I recommend finding somewhere else they were not welcoming"
