"Took the pup to get a bath at their self service dog bath. Got there at the check out to pay for the bath which is $10.00. They did inform us about the dryers not working at check out. Which we ended up having to take our other dog who had a thicker coat somewhere else. So we just decided that out dog with a thin coat will just get bathed here since we are already here. The place is completely run down with dryers not working, one dryer missing, dirty towel underneath all of the bath/ grooming supplies and comb brush destroyed. Tub leaked water the entire time even with being properly closed using the door. If you’re paying to use the self bath why should you feel like you need to bring your own stuff, since on their website it says they clean up afterwards and provide the necessary items for your pup. Thank goodness our pup isn’t thick coated cause we were only able to use the towels to try her off. When starting the bath we had a lady open the door saying she will wait cause her dog doesn’t like other dogs. Feeling completely rushed even though we just started our bath. A Second Lady walked in and a guy has to come tell her about the dog that doesn’t like other dogs and she has to wait cause she has to use the entire self bath room to her self since the dog didn’t get along with other dogs that made other people wait longer even though there is a second tub. Why are you allowing aggressive dogs in the facility. Don’t think we will be coming here again for any of our baths."
"I went in for heating pellets. 10 to be exact. Very nice young man named Johnathan helped me. Loaded them in the cart and then the car for me. Very polite and helpful. Thank you!"
