"This library is absolutely not conducive for studying. I heard an employee having a phone conversation in an office as the walls seem to be very thin. Her voice echoed throughout the library. The other employees at the front desk were in a loud conversation with a guest. I haven't been to a library in years but it is my understanding that the atmosphere should be quiet and the librarians are responsible for maintaining this culture."
"Not a good place to study when the staff are bored. Staff don't seem respect their patrons' needs for quiet, and were talking loudly and laughing during my visit today. I couldn't concentrate even with my ear plugs in and had to go to a different library."
"Horrible zero effective communication…. Went to finish application with a deadline got down to the last five minutes saved the files to the documents desktop as a precaution because the computer was always acting laggy. It ends of shutting off I go to the front to explain. “Ohhh we forgot to tell you the desktop saving doesn't work” “it was just 2 hours you can do it agin” like what the literally freak….. Proper communication prevents poor performance jackahh!"
"I just did my early voting for the senate run off elections and the process took less than 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. The easiest and most convenient voting facility I have used since living in Henry County. The property is clean and well organized inside and out. Time well spent."
