"I went Thursday through the drive thru and ordered the chicken chipotle melt. I had not eaten all day so I decided to park and eat my sandwich. I don't understand how from the kitchen to my car in less than 5 minutes my sandwich was soggy. The sogginess wasn't even the worst part, I mainly had bread and avocado because when biting in to the chicken it was very chewy and looked strange, like just the fat or cartilage from the chicken. I could not eat it"
"First time at the new location and it was great. The self ordering kiosks are a plus and the atmosphere is very inviting. There were only 2 other customers there so my food didn't take long at all and the staff was very nice and helpful with questions I had. Everything was fresh and hot when I got home, but only noticed 1 issue and that was my bread wasn't changed to a different one as requested on my order. Overall, everything thing great!"

"I ordered grilled cheese which is probably the quickest item that can be made. After waiting 20 minutes with no communication I asked how long it would be. The employee went to another employee and laughed. I then asked for the manager she then she laughed again. The manager thought my concern was funny as well. The refund took another 5 minutes to do. This crew lacks professionalism even from management. Good luck."
