"The ghetto- door dashing, told not to pull to the window, out of Whoppers! no nuggets, customer substituted chicken fries, employee said couldn’t give sauce out after 9pm. LOL"
"This location needs help! The purpose of the drive thru timer is to determine or manage how long the customer is waiting. Tricking the timer system does not mean the customer is not still waiting. It just means you’re telling a lie about how long the customer is waiting! I placed my order then drove around to the pick up window. AFTER I PAID, I was asked to back up behind the yellow post. I was confused, but I backed up. A few minutes later, the cashier opened the drive thru window and stuck my bag of food out of the window. She waved her hand for me to come forward to get my food. Something needs to be done about this!"
"Listen, I’ve never been to a drive-thru where they tell you to NOT pull up to the window. All of us who worked in fast food in high school know that they are just trying to fudge the clock in drive thru. How about you improve your service instead? They literally take the “fast” out of fast food. They took FOREVER with my food! I should have known something was wrong when they are the only restaurant on that side of the road with no customers."
"Horrible Fast Food Restaurant!!! Starting with a Bad attitude! Once you order, they make you wait 10 minutes before being able to pull up to the drive thru window! Then they decide to take pull you forward to take your payment and make you wait back on the yellow pole or go forward to the white lines! It literally took them another 10 minutes to give me my food. Soggy onion rings, cold whoppers, bad experience!"
