"This place as usual was very good I was originally going to go through the drive-thru but because of the line I decided to dine in. Let's just say that was a good decision upon walking in the door we were greeted by very attentive courteous clerks who made us feel welcome, can't always find that in fast food. After digging thru the menu and finding everything my crew wanted I was surprised to have a total that was way less than what I planned on. Wendy's I want to thank you for that Great food and always a great deal. As for this particular location they have a great staff and the food is always super fresh made to order and you're never treated like you're not welcome at their establishment hands down my favorite Wendy's!"

"I've had many unpleasant experiences at this restaurant in the past. Apparently there is a new manager in the store and she is doing a great job with her team. The lobby was clean, items were stocked, food was prepared quickly, and there was no line backed around the building in the drive thru! Let's see this level of operation continue."

"I am honestly very disappointed because 95% of the time my food and service has been great , but last night when going my experience really was a total fail. I ordered two burgers that I couldn’t even finish because they were cold and to top it off …me and my family were waiting a the drive -thru window and I’m not a person to complain , but we had workers watching Tik Toks and when we even got our food there was literally no acknowledgment - I was just handed my food."

"Honestly I don't know where to start with how BAD our experience at this location just was. Had to go through the drive through to pick up an app order TWICE because it somehow got cancelled it the first time (after we spoke to someone at the speaker box). The employee at the first window never looked up from her phone to acknowledge us, and a particularly rude employee came to the second window with an attitude on our second trip through because we hadn't been properly checked in. Not to mention our order was WRONG. Missing an order of nuggets, a chicken sandwich came in place of a burger and 2 frostys that came smaller than the soze we ordered. Oh, and the burger we did recieve? I'm posting a picture of the charcoal bacon that we got. Exactly how I wanted to spend over half an hour (on my birthday, no less). Save your money and go literally ANYWHERE else."

"Got back to my job with the order open my sausage biscuit and it was burn. I went back to the restaurant to find out that the dining room was closed when it was supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. and I was there at 10:15 a.m.. when I went back to the drive-thru to make the complaint,yes I got a little loud but that's just my personality. The manager refused to replace my food after I made the complaints about the dining room being closed, had I came in. I am in a leg cast, that's why I use drive thru.. I wouldn't have so snappy *which they should have posted a sign of dining area closed.and why didn't the manager step in, you have to work a little harder I guess they can't there. So I called the local franchise owner, They are aware of the complaint. And as you can see from the photos above the food is burnt, some of your staff had no hair nets or gloves handling the food from The View that I saw."
