"I came in on NYE and ordered 52 wings, fries, and onion rings. My food was out in literally 15 minutes and it was fresh and hot, not to mention, CORRECT. The gentleman at the counter was super polite and just overall everyone was professional. This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back."
"The customer service was nice, the girl at the counter greeted us and was really kind. The food on the other hand, fries tasted like straight grease. I ordered a Chicken sandwich, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked thru; still had slimy parts which is upsetting. I could say I only really enjoyed the Dr Pepper."

People picking up orders were in a great mood as well. She handled everyone that came in right away. She greeted everyone. She thanked us for being patient in waiting. Very great experience. "My experience is much like all the other 1 star reviews. Cold food, fried way too long in dirty grease. Horrible service. Leaving the cookie cutter response from Wild Wings at the bottom of these replies, show how little the company cares for it's franchisees. Why open a restaurant to serve nasty food. Not even open six months. Do better."
