"Therapy has never disappointed! Last week I had made a purchase online and accidentally had chosen the wrong size for one of my items. I immediately reached out to them to let them know..Jen and Olivia ran to the post office and intercepted my package and repackaged with the correct size. These ladies never disappoint! I’ve been a customer for almost four years, and love everything about the store. Robin is amazing letting me know of things I would like coming in, and they have tried items on for me to see what it looks like on a person! If you are in Auburn, or just want a great boutique to shop in…contact them!!"

"I would spend my money elsewhere downtown because 1. The return policy here is not great and they are not flexible even if you item is damaged or it doesn't work out, you can only get store credit back for full priced items. 2. The workers are not super friendly or warm to speak to, other boutiques downtown have better customer service."
