"The store manager is a joke and tries to go back and forth with customers rather than making sure their services are met as well as some of her employees whom lack respect and instead of them being productive around the store they stand in circle listening to the store manager as she raises her voice about a policy. I bought the dress for a wedding and due to the zipper not going up and I misplaced the receipt she acted as if she couldn’t exchange the dress for something else in her store within value of the dress simply because I no longer needed the dress because the wedding had passed. How some boutiques and stores in the auburn-opelika area offer store credit (at the least) even if you do not have a receipt. I would not recommend shopping there it’s much better professional places who appreciate their customers and are willing to provide the up most service for the customers whom put money into the pockets of their small/large business. She needs go home to drink her some holy tea"

"i was so uncomfortable when i was in there. i was like one of three customers in the store and there was 5-6 girls working at the counter and only talking to each other. i had 4-5 things in my hand and i had to interrupt their lil pow-wow to ask for a fitting room. they seemed extremely rude. i literally didn’t even try anything on and left because i felt like a burden. they did not address anyone that walked in and were too busy talking about what they were wearing to their sorority formal. wanted to spend money and shop bc they had cute stuff but just didn’t even want to interact with them any longer"

"I bought a tank top on Saturday, and didn’t have time to try it on. I asked before checking out if I was able to return it before purchasing incase it didn’t work out, and she said yes just as long as it was within 3 business days. I went back to return it and couldn’t because it was discounted. Apparently everything in the store is discounted 20% on Saturday’s which I didn’t see posted around the store anywhere AND was not informed at checkout as she specifically told me I was able to make a return."

"As a retail worker myself, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Came from out of state, and was not even acknowledged once while the workers gathered around the desk and talked. Cute clothes- would have spent a good bit of money, but I refuse to support a small business where the customer service clearly is not a top priority. Do not recommend."
