I also met the owner and she was very kind and informative. All of the staff was helpful and made us feel welcomed during our entire shopping experience. "Real nice clothes and accessories, great employees too EDIT: After reading the 1 star reviews out of curiosity, I can assure that those reviews do not represent this place. The owner is straight forward and a fast thinker which you need to be to run a place with so many customers. She is not at all unkind. The employees are all respectful, the place is really clean and organized, I had absolutely no problem selling my clothing there. On top of that, any questions I had about the process were answered and explained by the owner, helping me understand what they can and can't take, and what I could do with my remaining clothes. If you aren't disrespectful or unkind to them, you will have a good time there :)"
