"I went to return a bra, and of course ended up spending money. Lol But while I was there, the employees were all nice & helpful. Store was organized with a good selection. I had my 3 small kids with me, and my mom brain forgot that I left my jacket on some clothes, and walked out without it. I didn’t realize until right before the store closed. My husband called, and they had it! Got it picked up a few days later. I’m so incredibly grateful the employees didn’t toss it. Thank you so much, guys!"

"Manager Amanda is not helpful and extremely rude. I came in the store to purchase two items and both were marked $18.50. I got to the check out counter and was charged $24.50 for one of the items. I thought maybe I had viewed the tag wrong, but after looking at the items once I got home I noted no, I was actually over charged $6. I called the store and notified them, and they told me they had just marked the inventory incorrectly. They told me to return the item marked incorrectly if I wanted to not purchase it for $24.50. I bought both items as a gift and I only intended to call so they could know they over charged me and perhaps extend something to me like a discount on future purchase to make it right. Amanda handled the situation with complete disrespect, basically saying even though I offered to show a picture of the item labeled the wrong price and they had the info from my receipt, there’s nothing she could do. What kind of manager can’t take care of a customer? The mall is dying and it’s because online shopping never leads to an experience like this lol I think I’d rather shop online than stand in a 95 degree mall store with makeshift AC machines junking up floor and huge lines bc there’s only one checkout cashier. Not to mention the teenage summer job associates that label product wrong and management “can’t do anything” about it. Waste of my time trying to support the location. Don’t bother shopping here."

"Clean and organized, good selection but definitely missing a few items most likely due to Christmas season but if you see something online and they dont have it in store or they are missing a size they can place an order for you online and ship it to your home, however double check with your local store."
