"There is no one there when I go at 8pm on the weekdays. The hours posted state they close at 9pm. I am not sure what time they really close. I normally go at night."
"Apparently they aren’t open at the hours listed on their door. The drive through is also automated and will greet you but nothing follows the greeting because they are in fact closed. Don’t waste your time in the drive thru. There’s a planet smoothie right next to Publix."
"Worst run branch of Smoothie King that could ever exist. Can’t count how many times I’ve driven over to find out that they actually aren’t open even though their online hours say they are. Whoever runs this location clearly doesn’t give a damn, if you want a smoothie you should probably go to a different location"
"Every encounter I have here at this location the employees are very unprofessional and and the smoothies consistency’s are constantly different and chunky, or they just get my order wrong and give you attitude if you tell them. The inside is also dirty. I would just avoid this location, I will not be returning."
"I have visited this location at least 15 times over the last couple of months, I stop by the drive through after I drop my daughter off at school. They are VERY RARELY open, the drive up order screen has an automatic recording that will welcome you and ask what you would like but there is no one inside! The front door has hours which state Monday - Friday 7a-9p but when I go between 7:45 and 8:30 it’s closed and dark inside! Very frustrating! Yesterday (5/19/23) I went at 8:05 and the same thing other than there was a young lady inside but she just watched us (3 customers in different cars/vans) drive around to look because nothing followed the automated welcome. I put my window down to one car and told them they are rarely open and had her follow me to Planet Smoothie in the same shopping center. Am I missing something?"
