"This place is not good. I have been here a few times and the staff isn’t the friendliest but they took it to a different level this time. The manger told me to use the app while I was in the store and didn’t say why then when the app didn’t work and the staff tried to help She said oh I just wanted you guys to see the menu and not track anything onto the floor. They then subbed out the out the peanut butter in my smoothie without telling me and it tasted horrible I don’t know what she changed it with but she did not tell me. Overall very unprofessional I would not go here again"
"I was told they were out of something yet the customer behind me a woman of color was able to get it?? The horrible attitude and lack of knowledge of the business didn't help."
"Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged in an empty store. Then they were out of every single topping. Paid $8 for blended strawberries lol. Workers were extremely rude and acted annoyed I was there. Don’t bother going!"
"I am WHITE and 2 workers were black, I wasn't greeted whatsoever upon arrival and I had to TELL them my order because I was NEVER ASKED OR ACKNOWLEDGEDand upon PAYING a black customer came in the door and BARELY had 3 footsteps IN and the workers GREETED HER HAPPILY asked what they could do for her etc...RACISM GOES BOTH WAYS!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT!!!!"
