"I'm a 50yr old guy that had no energy. I workout a good bit and wanted to get my game to the next level. Then I met Nate at Tier 1 nutrition and Ascend Wellness. MAN...Nate knows his stuff. I've eliminated a bunch of wasted supplements and now on supplements that are making a difference. (It's been over two months so yes, it has been plenty of time) The Tier1 stores have a great selection and can also pour you a nutrition blend that is AWESOME! Nate also had me come into Ascend for some blood work. Yup...Ascend can get you that dialed in... Come to find out I do have low T and now remedying that too. I feel like I did when I was 30. So, if you're looking to get your game to the next level...go see Nate at Tier1/Ascend. You will not regret it. Additionally while at Ascend, I noticed they have a cryoroom, sauna, and float room. Seriously, Ascend is next level!"

"Definitely a really cute spot and a prime location! I just wish their menu was a little bit more thorough in explaining what exactly you're purchasing when you buy the teas. If I'm going to pay eight or nine dollars for a tea, I would like to know what kind of tea it is, what's in it and what the benefits are. LoL The young girl who took my order was very lovely, but didn't offer much beyond "they're flavored teas". That being said, the Arnold Palmer was disappointing, I didn't care for it. But the Peach Princess loaded tea I thought was pretty good! Would definitely consider coming back to try the smoothies after a day at the gym. I think the teas need a little more explanation/work, though. **UPDATE 2/11/23** After a reply from the owner inviting me to try another drink on the house, I came in and had the Cinnamon French Toast smoothie and it was DELICIOUS! She also took the time to explain the teas a bit more in depth to me, which I appreciated."
