"I was a new patient and came in early to fill out paperwork. I young lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I was shown to my room at my appointment time, Kaitlyn was very sweet and helpful. I saw Ms. Sherry, she was super informative and saw to my problem immediately. I look forward to future encounters."

"The 3.2 star rating is not at all accurate of this office! As a patient here I have seen and love both of the providers. Mrs. Anderson is very kind, patient, and thorough. Mrs. Connally is very knowledgeable, passionate, and makes you feel understood. Both providers are extremely thorough and take good care of their patients. If you are deciding between Lane and here, I would choose this place every time!"

"In and out quickly. Very proactive, have an appointment for my dad two weeks from today for skin cancer removal. They work with the VA but they suggested going through supplemental insurance because the VA has taken more than a year, and counting, to approve the surgery."

"Heed the 3 star status! The only convenient part about their services is the online booking (but you'll want to call to get all the bs out of the way). As others have stated, lack of communication and their policies will waste your time if you're a new patient. There's a reason they aren't responding to any of these reviews. Booked online, appointment accepted, and AT MY APPOINTMENT, they then informed me that because I have CareSource, they won't see me. I informed the front attendant that I was there for a cosmetic procedure, and insurance wasn't necessary anyway, and I'd be paying out of pocket for the entire thing. Their policy 'prohibits servicing recipients of any type of Medicaid', regardless if they're using their insurance or not. Made zero sense and had zero resolve for wasting my time."

"TLDR; Dr. Harris is great - but you’re going to have to constantly follow up with his team to make sure you’re getting adequate care because they will not communicate with you proactively, which is why I rated them 3 out if 5. My first visit with Dr. Harris was on 10/7 - he is very nice and showed genuine concern about my skin disease. Immediately he started me on a treatment plan that would have me being able to function as a normal human being again. Everything was looking up. My frustration comes from the lack of communication from the office. The medication I’m going to be put on requires bloodwork. I got that done on 10/19. Results were back on 10/22. I called the office that following week to check if they received my results as I had not heard back. The person I spoke with on the 31st stated that they just received my results that day and the Dr would discuss with me on Friday. When I went for my check up on 11/4 - the nurse said the prescription was sent on 11/2 and that they received the results on 10/22 (so the original person I spoke with lied). The meds take 4-6 weeks to get approved and delivered. The specialty pharmacy reached out to me today 11/28, to say they’ve tried to contact the dermatologist office 3 times and have cancelled my prescription because no one from the Dr’s office has called them back. I called today and was told there were notes on file about my insurance being cancelled (which it’s not). The note was made on 11/17 and 11/21 but NO ONE reached out to me. It’s frustrating that I have to stay on top of this, when my only desire is to get my medicine and live my life. Now I’m probably going to be delayed treatment until after the new year and that really sucks. At my 11/4 appointment I was told they would get samples to get me started, but here we are coming up on my next monthly check up without follow up on that as well. Dr. Harris is great - but you’re going to have to constantly follow up with his team to make sure you’re getting adequate care, which is why I rated them 3 out if 5."
